Courtland Townsley, Touchstone's founding partner and managing member, has been in real estate since 2003. His first job was on the development side of the business, where he was responsible for large-scale conversion projects across the United States. Over the course of his career, Courtland has negotiated more than 3000 transactions, involving more than $800 million in value. He holds a Managing Broker’s license in several states. He started Touchstone in 2008 with the goal of providing best in class management and real estate services to clients affected by the 2008 financial crisis.
Since that time, Touchstone has helped owners of over 1000 properties maintain their investments while minimizing their risk, in many cases preventing foreclosure for owners with few other options. By focusing on maximizing the value of client real estate portfolios, Courtland is proud to say that every single client of Touchstone's in its six-year history has weathered the financial crisis with their investments intact. With the current rebound in real estate prices, he is excited to help those clients realize the return on their investments, and expand their portfolios, no matter the size.

Top notch property management company. They keep things running smoothly at my apartment complex, and anything that goes wrong is dealt with in a professional manner. They are a very detail oriented and proactive management company, so I never have to be on top of them to ensure that they are doing their job, and the same goes for my tenants.
