    Jerome is a Chicago-based real estate broker at Touchstone Group Real Estate where he services the needs of traditional and investor clients.

    Prior to joining HomeSmart Chicago, Jerome was Associate Director, Philanthropic Advisory Services in the Wealth Management practice at Northern Trust. He also served as Vice President, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at the firm and was responsible for many aspects of the firm’s global CSR strategy. His views on sustainability, ethics, philanthropy, and community involvement have been highlighted at events across the United States.

    Jerome is an accomplished public speaker on diversity, corporate social responsibility, philanthropy and nonprofit board governance. He has been a featured speaker for Chicago United, The United Way of Metropolitan Chicago and Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. He served as a faculty member for the 2016 Global Ethics Summit in New York. In 2016, a MarketWatch.com article featured his comments to the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.

    In 2013, the United Way of Metropolitan Chicago awarded Jerome with its Diamond Award for his leadership. He is also the 2013 recipient of the Connecting Cultures award from Chicago-based nonprofit Changing Worlds.

    Jerome is the past chairman of the United Way and Metropolitan Chicago’s LGBT resource group—United Pride.
