Deanna has been in some part of the Real Estate industry since 2001. She first started in Title Insurance, learning every facet from start to finish - even researching property records and tax records. She then took an opportunity to use her love for numbers and analytics to focus on Accounting at another Title Insurance company. From there she joined a Relocation company and helped in the process when a corporate transferee sold their home to the relocation company. She loved building relationships with her customers and serving them, ultimately knowing that she was serving the transferee in a great way and helping to make what could be a Very stressful transition as smooth as possible.
After that she gained some experience in Commercial Property Management. She loved to be thorough with lease details and numbers, while serving the tenants and meeting their needs as best she could. She led some building improvement and remodel projects, coordinating with different contractors and design professionals while staying within a budget goal and time frame. As she met more potential tenants, she kept thinking that the Commercial Brokers were having all the fun! She then realized she could combine her strengths with details, numbers, juggling, keeping multiple plates spinning in the air, herding cats, and her love for people and pursue a career as a Real Estate Broker.
Deanna is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management and minors in both Engineering and Management Information Systems. She loves animals and believes pets are family members. In her free time she enjoys exercising, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, tennis, HGTV, and perfecting her morning coffee. She also works with the 7th and 8th grade youth at her church.

Top notch property management company. They keep things running smoothly at my apartment complex, and anything that goes wrong is dealt with in a professional manner. They are a very detail oriented and proactive management company, so I never have to be on top of them to ensure that they are doing their job, and the same goes for my tenants.
